It’s hard to believe that it’s almost been three years since our last SYNERGY conference. With the pandemic forcing us to push off our 2020 and 2021 in-person events, we’re more eager now than ever for a reunion.
While we canceled these events in the name of safety, that doesn’t change the fact that we’ve sincerely missed seeing all of you in person. We miss the collaboration, the connection, the opportunity to talk face-to-face about all of the exciting things we have in the works at TradePMR. We see SYNERGY22 as time for a well-earned celebration. A time to reflect on where we’ve been and look forward to where we’re going.

What is SYNERGY?
For advisors who have been with us for a while, you’ve probably heard of - or maybe even attended - SYNERGY. SYNERGY is our advisor conference. It’s our opportunity to connect in-person with all of the advisors we work with, and it's where we provide our insights on industry trends, opportunities, and new advancements to our offering.
SYNERGY is about more than just TradePMR – it’s an opportunity for us to bring in what we believe are some impressive guest speakers to share their unique insights on a range of topics. Leadership, adapting to evolving markets, handling compliance in a changing regulatory environment; these guest speakers bring outside perspectives that can reshape how we approach our work in financial services. This year’s event will feature exciting sessions from speakers like John DiJulius, consultant and best-selling author, and Grant Hill, basketball hall of famer and successful entrepreneur. You can check out a preliminary agenda on the SYNERGY website, but you’ll have to stay tuned to see who else will be joining us at SYNERGY22.
While we share most company updates directly with our advisors, SYNERGY is the big show. We’ll be showcasing some exciting new offerings we’ve been working on and will walk through where we want to take TradePMR, and your practice, in the coming months and years.
Three days seems long, is SYNERGY worth the time investment?
We know your time is tight. Taking three days out of your busy schedule for a conference can feel tough to justify. But SYNERGY isn’t just a good excuse to visit Florida - it’s an investment in your future. It’s a time to learn and grow, to hear what’s working in the industry and what isn’t. On top of the informative sessions taking place throughout the week, SYNERGY is jam packed with exciting events. Whether you’re looking to network or just blow off some steam, there are no shortage of activities at the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando. We’ll be hosting a caddied golf outing at the Greg Norman designed Ritz-Carlton Golf Course, a guided fishing trip, a daily running club… the list goes on.
Can I bring my family along?
With SYNERGY22 backing up to Memorial Day Weekend, we see our event as a great opportunity for a family vacation! Bring your significant other, bring the kids, we welcome all who would like to attend. While you’re spending time working to better your practice, your family can take in some of the world-class attractions Orlando has to offer: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando and Legoland Florida to name a few.
