As the Director of Service and Operations, Bret oversees a team of Relationship Managers in Advisor Services, as well as the operational teams in Accounts, Cashiering, Practice Management and Transfers. His goal is to create an industry leading, white-glove service experience for financial advisors on TradePMR’s platform.
Bret joined TradePMR in 2023 after spending 15 years at Charles Schwab, where he led a part of the firm’s advisor services organization. He’s a strong advocate for the RIA model and understands what Advisors need from their custodial partner, and as a result, holds himself and the TradePMR team to a higher standard of service.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Stetson University, where he also played tennis, and a MBA from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. He holds Series 7, Series 9, Series 10, Series 24, and Series 63 securities licenses, and completed SIFMA’s Executive Development Program.
Bret lives in Tampa and likes to spend his time with his wife and three children.
