Ilkaev set to join TradePMR leadership team overseeing Fusion and Earnwise.
GAINESVILLE, Fla. [May 15, 2019] – TradePMR, a technology and custodial services provider, recently announced the addition of Dmitri Ilkaev as the new Chief Technology Officer.
Ilkaev joins the company in the midst of a rapid growth phase following an announcement earlier this year that TradePMR would partner with First Clearing to help certain Wells Fargo advisors interested in pursuing independence start their own RIA firms.
In his new role, Ilkaev will oversee TradePMR’s IT department, as well as, guide the strategy and evolution of the company’s independent RIA solutions, such as, our Fusion platform and our mobile platform, Earnwise. He will report directly to TradePMR’s founder, president and CEO, Robb Baldwin.
Dmitri approaches technology leadership with a growth mindset. He focuses on both immediate tactical needs and strategic decisions while developing a more holistic technology strategy. As CTO of TradePMR, he will use his extensive experience in design, implementation and operations of mission critical business systems to help drive the organic growth of the company’s technology stack. Ilkaev will also continue enhancing and improving TradePMR’s existing technology offerings to better serve the needs of the growing number of larger RIA firms who use TradePMR for middle office support.
Baldwin explains, “Larger RIAs have different needs with increasingly complex internal and client-facing requirements, particularly those serving wealthier clients. With Fusion and Earnwise, we believe we’ve created a foundational RIA toolset by which they can easily extend and tailor to their needs with greater ease and flexibility.”

He has experience leading teams of over 200 technology professionals and overseeing the delivery of a large portfolio of business applications and their operations, as well as supporting infrastructure spread across data centers and cloud platforms.
Ilkaev says of this new position, “TradePMR has a solid set of products and quickly growing customer base. I’m delighted to join the leadership team at this exciting time of robust growth and look forward to using my skills and experience to move the company’s technology to the next level.”
