TradePMR Adds Two New AI-Powered Copilots to Fusion Sync

Today, TradePMR is proud to launch ClientMeet and ClientIQ, two new AI-powered tools designed to help registered investment advisors (RIAs) be more efficient, more productive, and deliver better experiences to their clients. ClientMeet is an assistant built to help financial advisors manage client meetings, while ClientIQ delivers insights and communications meant to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.

By automating some of the routine tasks financial advisors do each day, ClientMeet and ClientIQ can act as copilots — freeing up more time for advisors to spend with their clients while helping to make those interactions even more valuable.

Both tools are available through Fusion Sync, the suite of AI-powered tools TradePMR debuted in October. As an early adopter of AI technology among RIA custodial services providers, ClientMeet and ClientIQ reinforce TradePMR’s commitment to innovative technology that is designed to  support the growth of independent RIAs.

ClientMeet

TradePMR listens to RIAs that work with us, and we’ve heard how much time advisors spend preparing for client meetings, organizing their calls, and managing agendas. Then after meetings, there’s the time-consuming process of transcribing the meeting for compliance and updating the CRM with recap notes.

Although these tasks are important, they are time consuming, and are a perfect opportunity for an AI copilot to help out. ClientMeet can help a financial advisor identify which clients to meet with, take care of getting a meeting set up, and automatically generate a custom-tailored agenda with specific talking points and tasks — all of which can be tied into an advisor’s existing workflows.

During the meeting, ClientMeet can transcribe in real-time to deliver a summary and action items as soon as the meeting is over, which it can automatically send to clients (and compliance!) via text or email with pre-built, professional templates. ClientMeet can also automatically update client records in the CRM.

Unfortunately, ClientMeet can’t help advisors decide what to do with all of that extra time they’ll have in their day. That’s a decision we believe is best left for human advisors.

ClientIQ

Looking to quickly pull up some information about a client’s hobbies, job, family, or financial picture? That’s where ClientIQ comes in.

Integrated with the advisor’s CRM, ClientIQ will automatically retrieve details and personalized insights from meetings notes, emails, and call logs. Advisors can search for and access information about a client’s family dynamics, occupation, recreational activities and hobbies, and financial circumstances.

ClientIQ will also help identify areas of growth for advisors and recommend next  steps tailored to the client. Financial opportunities, risks, and household milestones (such as life events, investment gaps, or wealth transfer opportunities) can give advisors meaningful reasons to reach out to clients. The goal is to boost an advisor’s productivity, drive growth, and empower deeper relationships — not just with the client, but with the client’s entire family.

Finally, ClientIQ helps advisors keep track of all these new opportunities with an analytics dashboard that provides detailed information of client interactions. These insights can also be shared with clients.
